Ordering

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you don’t necessarily have to create an account and can use the ‘guest’ checkout feature to order.

How can I place an order?

The first step is to select the item you like and press the ‘Add to Cart’ button. A pop up of your
cart will appear, if you want to continue shopping you can close it, if not then click the ‘Checkout’ button. You need to fill out all the required information and select the payment option. After completing all steps, you can confirm your order.

How will I know that my order has been placed?

You will get a verification SMS on your mobile with a verification link. By clicking on the verification link your order shall be confirmed and you will shortly get an order confirmation email as well.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation message or email?

If you do not get the confirmation email or message, please contact our customer care at +923313355733 or email at help@rajasahibkids.com to confirm your order.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Otherwise you can cancel your order by connecting with our customer care representative as soon as possible. You can get in touch via email at help@rajasahibkids.com or call at +923313355733.

Can I get my order updated or changed if alreadyplaced?

Yes, you can update or change your order by getting in touch with our customer care under 24 hrs with your order number and other details.

Are the products displayed on the website original?

Yes, Raja sahib Kids is a trusted online platform with high quality and original products. All the products on our website are 100% original and branded.

Is an advance payment required for certain orders?

Yes, if any product in your basket has a value equal to or exceeding 15,000 PKR, a 30% advance payment of the entire order value is required. This advance payment secures your order, and the remaining balance can be settled using your preferred payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
  • Raja Sahib Kids has a 30 days exchange and return policy except for: Toys, Swimming Gears & Baby Care Items.
  • Delivery fees for the return of goods without a valid justification won't be reimbursed by Raja Sahib Kids.
  • Incase of refund, Raja Sahib Kids will directly issue you a coupon through email that may be used for future purchases.
  • Items bought online cannot be replaced at any Raja Sahib Kids store and vice versa, although they may be exchanged in stores with the original receipt.
  • Without prior notice, Raja Sahib Kids has the right to modify or adjust its return & exchange policy.
What if the product received is faulty or damaged uponopening?

If such an accident occurs, you can contact our customer care for assistance with the problem and

Our store timings are:

  • 11am -10pm (Saturday to Thursday)
  • 11am- 10pm (12:30pm-2:30pm Jummah Break) (Friday)
